Annetta Johnson is harvesting her career experience as a human resources executive to bring coaching and consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses.  With experience in labor relations, organizational design, talent management, merger and acquisitions, facility closings and business dissolutions, global expansion, leadership development and total rewards, Annetta has practiced the HR discipline for manufacturing, sales, and scientific companies.  She began her career with International Paper, then helped launch a joint venture between The Dow Chemical Company and Reichhold Chemical, and worked to transition Arysta LifeScience from a private venture to a publicly-traded company.

She has built her reputation on creating workplaces where employees can be their best.  Annetta specializes in helping business leaders and owners create an organization that fosters engaged and empowered employees.  Employees want to work for leaders who care, leaders who develop others, and leaders who know how to win.  Annetta focuses on Organization & Team Effectiveness, Leadership Development and Coaching to give leaders the Edge they need to succeed.

As a professional coach, Annetta works with leaders to build their capacity to improve relationships, engagement and performance, providing clients the tools and confidence needed to achieve their goals.  She has worked with high potentials, new managers, and executives across multiple industries, public and private businesses and non-profit organizations.

Annetta earned her bachelor’s degree from Haslam School of Business at the University of Tennessee and her Business Coaching Certificate from North Carolina State University.  During her corporate career, she attended executive level courses at University of Michigan, Cornell University, Duke University and University of North Carolina.  Additionally, she holds professional certificates in human resources as a Senior Professional Human Resources, SPHR, and SHRM Senior Certified Professional, SHRM-SCP, along with credentials from the International Coach Federation as Associate Certified Coach.

Annetta is married living in Gulf Breeze, Florida with her husband, Steve Eyman, and has two children living and working in Virginia and Georgia.  She volunteers her time and talent in the local community supporting issues important to her.
