A Leader’s Edge worked with a private-equity owned, technology-based business to create a Leadership Development Program over a two-year period. 

The client’s objectives were to:

In this case, working with the senior leaders/owners, A Leader's Edge assisted them in identifying the next level of leaders using a high-potential assessment tool.  Using diagnostics and assessments, the potential leaders began to understand their own traits and behaviors, and the impact they have on others; self-awareness is essential for any leader. 

 

Next, the new leader created an Individual Development Plan (IDP) based upon the assessments, their current role, and organizational need; the IDP was supported by the senior leaders/owners.  Together, in a coaching relationship, the IDPs became a reality; I supported their growth as a leader—building competency and capability for themselves and the organization.  

Completing the engagement, the organization’s senior leaders had a renewed commitment to employee development, tools to continue the development process, and new leaders contributing at a higher level across the organization.
